Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking details once it has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During busy sale periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Please note: We do not ship to Middle Eastern countries at this time. Final international shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, quarantine, weekends, or public holidays. While we work with trusted delivery partners, exact transit times cannot be guaranteed.

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mare De Vetro piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is full-priced (excluding discount codes, except the Welcome Code).
  • The item is unworn, in its original condition, with designer tags attached.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions: Sale items, purchases with discount codes, and pierced jewellery can only be returned if faulty.

How To Return

Email hello@maredevetro.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, item(s), and reason for return.

If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RAN, using a trackable service.

Please note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued via the original payment method in AUD and may take up to 5 business days to appear. Store credits are valid for 3 years.

Faulty Items & General Terms

If your jewellery is found to be faulty due to manufacturing, we will repair, replace, or refund it (including shipping costs). Please note that damage caused by wear and tear or misuse is not considered a fault.

All refunds are processed in AUD, and any currency conversion losses are not covered. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Mare De Vetro reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

Mare De Vetro ships both across Australia and internationally. Standard delivery within metro areas takes 2–5 business days, with express shipping arriving in 1–3 business days, while regional and rural orders may take an additional 1–2 business days. International shipping takes 7–18 business days for standard delivery and 4–10 business days for express, depending on the destination.

Yes, all Mare De Vetro jewellery orders include tracking and are insured against loss or damage while in transit, giving you peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping within Australia on all jewellery orders over $300 and free express shipping on orders over $500.

Yes, once your Mare De Vetro order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.

Mare De Vetro accepts returns, exchanges, or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is full-priced, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with designer tags attached. Sale items, purchases made with discount codes, and pierced jewellery are only eligible for return if deemed faulty.

To return a piece of jewellery, you must email hello@maredevetro.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, item details, and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back with a valid tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please allow up to 2 business days for processing, plus 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

If your jewellery is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, Mare De Vetro will repair, replace, or provide a full refund including shipping costs. Items damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear are not considered faulty.

No, customs duties, taxes, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
