  • Store thoughtfully – Place your jewellery in its Mare De Vetro pouch or box to prevent scratches, tangles, or tarnish. For chains, fasten clasps before storing.
  • Clean gently – After wear, wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain shine. For pearls and gemstones, use only a damp cloth and avoid abrasive polishing.
  • Protect pearls & stones – Keep away from prolonged sunlight, heat, or moisture to preserve their natural colour and brilliance.
  • Wear with care – Jewellery is designed for longevity, but should still be treated as a cherished keepsake. Remove when undertaking heavy work or contact activities.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets our returns criteria.
