  • Avoid harsh contact – Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products, as these can dull metals and damage pearls or gemstones.
  • Remove before activity – Take pieces off before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping to protect their natural lustre and structure.
  • Store thoughtfully – Place your jewellery in its Mare De Vetro pouch or box to prevent scratches, tangles, or tarnish. For chains, fasten clasps before storing.
  • Clean gently – After wear, wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain shine. For pearls and gemstones, use only a damp cloth and avoid abrasive polishing.
  • Protect pearls & stones – Keep away from prolonged sunlight, heat, or moisture to preserve their natural colour and brilliance.
  • Wear with care – Jewellery is designed for longevity, but should still be treated as a cherished keepsake. Remove when undertaking heavy work or contact activities.

Each Mare De Vetro piece is carefully packaged and dispatched from our Brisbane studio. We offer both standard and express shipping within Australia, as well as international delivery to selected locations. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets our returns criteria. Please note: sale items, discounted pieces, and pierced jewellery can only be returned if faulty.
